DJI announced a new gimbal for mirrorless cameras such as Sony a7 III, Nikon Z6. This new gimbal will be called “DJI Ronin-SC”, it will be lighter, smarter than DJI Ronin-S. The new DJI Ronin-S 3-axis motorized gimbal stabilizer is the first single-handed stabilizer designed for use with DSLR and mirrorless cameras. It will be available in two frame sizes (referring to the frame that holds the camera), one for mirrorless cameras such as the Sony a7 III, and another for larger DSLRs like the Nikon D850. Additionally, the 3-axis gimbal is fully compatible with both in-camera and in-lens stabilization systems.
